Personal Empowerment Sessions
At this time of uncertainty, many people are looking for answers, a way of understanding what’s truly going on within the world and within themselves, not necessarily trying to ‘fix’ it but find a way through it. Could this be you? If so, I invite you to join me on a journey into a new kind of community fellowship. I will guide and support small gatherings of individuals willing to help co-create a tribe of like minded souls. We begin our journey together by checking in and taking our ‘temperature’ if you will. We will ask ourselves: How are we doing? Are we existing or thriving? and What can we bring to the table to ease the journey for ourselves and others. In ancient times, men and women were raised by a community of other men and women, and made all the richer for it. Let's reconnect and find purpose in today's world.
Mindfulness Sessions
In this session, I will explain what mindfulness is for those of you who aren’t sure – discuss the benefits of a mindfulness practice, and how it can be life changing. I will talk about our thought processes, stress that comes from those thoughts, and the role mindfulness plays. I will help you understand how our negative thought processes bring on stress and how, if left unchecked, these negative thoughts can lead to illness and perhaps even disease. I will cover the importance of really listening to others, as I believe listening is something we could all be better at. I'll discuss different strategies that work not only for mindfulness, but for life. And finally, I will give you some tips you can use to set yourself up for success.
Meditation Sessions
This session is fun and hands-on! I will go into the physical, mental and emotional benefits of meditation and how practicing meditation regularly can have a role in relieving stress and transforming your life. I will discuss many different types of meditation, and we will try out a few as a group so you can see and understand how you can feel the benefits of these techniques in the short and long term.

All my sessions are personal. I share many of my own life experiences throughout my sessions so you can see how these processes worked for me, and understand how in many ways, they were life saving through difficult times. And the good news is, these tips and tricks can also be applied to you in your life!
